since our genesis, we have done projects…
We began by partnering with Eastern European Outreach, who later became Mercy Projects. (Mercyprojects.org) With them we have done numerous missions in Ukraine, Kosovo, Armenia and Russia throughout the years. We have also had the privilege of working as humanitarian Christians in India, Iraq, Afghanistan, Peru, Turkey, Honduras, Ethiopia Haiti and Zambia.
We have done relief operations in refugee camps, slums and tent cities. We also rebuilt a school after an earthquake, fed AIDs orphans and children decimated by drought and famine, financially supported programs for single mothers and HIV+ widows to become self-sufficient. We have sponsored many wells in areas that have no access to clean water. Global Impact has ministered spiritually to soldiers and supported chaplains, been present during war to aid internally and externally displaced people and literally trucked in food and supplies.
We have participated in camps and programs that empower youth and have distributed tens of thousands of Joy Bags, which are cloth, draw-string pouches filled with school supplies, art supplies and toiletries to adults and children. These handmade bags are sewn by volunteers in America and filled with goodies from the local economy.
